Refund & Return Policy

At Thera-Suds, our products are personal-care and hygiene products. For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges

Customers may not return products for a refund, exchange, or store credit simply because they changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@therasuds.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Except where a refund is required by applicable law or we otherwise determine that an exception is appropriate, Thera-Suds does not issue refunds.
