Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, service selected, and circumstances outside our control. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be provided when available.

Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent with your shipping confirmation. Carrier tracking updates and estimated delivery dates are controlled by the carrier.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Carrier delays can occur, particularly during holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@therasuds.com so we can review the issue and assist you.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.
