Did you know plantain soap has been used  all around the world for its skin rejuvenating properties? We took this diverse fruit and all its parts and made our version of this beneficial soap! We added an aromatic blend of soothing patchouli, lavender, palmarosa and rosemary essential oils to promote peace and reduce anxiety. This soap creates a rich lather and is full of soothing compounds (Vitamin A, sorbitol, and allantoin) that help reduce the appearance of mature skin, scars and inflamed skin.

 

Plantain Soap ingredients include: saponified rice bran oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil, coconut oil, responsibly sourced palm kernel oil, castor oil, shea butter, distilled water, lye, roasted plantain skins, plantain puree ,patchouli, lavender, palmarosa and rosemary essential oils and  sodium lactate.

Gentle and cleansing

Your plantain bar is so moisturizing. My skin feels so soft, clean and I personally think it has helped my skin texture. I am very sensitive to products but this handmade soap is on another level. Great IG find!

Plantain soap is so hydrating.

My skin is naturally dry. Every time I am in my vacation home down in Punta Gorda I get a lot of sun which does not help. I tried Thera-Suds’ plantain soap and it amazed me on how much it hydrated my skin. In Michigan I would shower less but now in Florida I need to shower more often because of the heat and humidity! Since I bought plantain soap I shower twice daily and my skin does not feel dry at all. I really feel it is helping the texture of my skin. Best Local soap shop in Punta gorda area!

Soaps like the ones I buy in Jamaica

I really enjoy dem soaps I bought from Thera-Suds’ but man the plantain soap blew me away. Its exfoliating, it smells great, and it leaves me feeling clean. I have darker skin and I suffer from skin dryness and let me tell you this soap has kept my skin looking hydrated since I started using dem. Ya mon, I encourage anyone looking for natural and healing soaps to buy Thera-Suds.

Had never tried plantain soap

My wife and I found Thera-Suds’ in the Tampa Bay area. Boy, are we glad we did. All the soaps are so unique but this one caught our eye.

We are on day six of using this soap and we can attest that it has a rich lather I personally had never felt before with the soaps I buy at walgreens. It smells high end and not to mention our skin looks firmer. I don’t know but I might need this in bulk.
